In order to achieve these goals, the project was designed based on the following principles:
A coherent and feasible work plan, with well-defined tasks distributed among partners strictly based on their capacities and expertise.
A national approach that includes the enrolment of all public HEIs in LAO and the MOES.
Relevance of the selected areas of intervention based on the preliminary need analysis.
Shared understanding and alignment with national, regional, European and international strategies and initiatives for Lao PDR.
Timeless of the project to support sustainable researcher career development in Lao PDR.
Replicability and scalability potential of the proposed activities to the entire country and beyond-including other areas in South-East Asia facing similar challenges.
